Wilfred and Stella (nee Pasemko) were both born and raised in Alberta. They were married in Edmonton on November 15, 1947.
Wilfred worked in the logging and construction industries throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Jerry, Brian, Dwain and Karen were born while the family was living in British Columbia. Randy and Mark were born after the family moved back to Canmore, Alberta in 1956. All the children went to school in Canmore. On December 12, 1976 Wilfred passed away at age fifty-three.
Jerry was married to Brenda. He is now married to Claire (Stewart) and has two daughters, Lisa and Amanda. He lives in Campbell River, B.C.
Brian is married to Laurie (McTaggart) and has two children, Matt and Michelle. They live in Canmore.
Dwain is married to Karen (Rosekrans) and has three children: Kelly, Kevin and Dale. They live in Grande Cache, Alberta.
Karen is married to Lloyd Lewis. Their three daughters are Laurie, Teri and Jodi. A son Mardy passed away Feb. 21, 1973 at the age of five and a half months. They live in Grande Cache, Alberta.
Randy was married to Heather DePencier. Randy now lives in Taber, Alberta. His two children are a son, Clay, and a daughter, Jamie.
Mark is married to Debbie (Rathwell). They were married in Las Vegas on December 19, 1999. They live on an acreage near Cremona, Alberta.
Stella worked as a room attendant at the Rundle Mountain Motel and the Bow Valley Motel prior to her retirement in 1995. She still resides in Canmore and has thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
